# RonxPay

> RonxPay is a money transfer service operated by R.N. ALRAWI PTY LTD (ABN 76 631 186 564), registered with AUSTRAC as a provider of remittance and currency exchange services in Australia. The service has not launched yet: accounts can be opened and verified, but no corridor is open for sending. Payouts and settlement will be executed with regulated banking and payment partners in each destination market.

RonxPay is **not yet operating**. The platform is built and production-complete, but no customer transaction has been processed. We are completing the final dependency — a payout and settlement partner for our launch corridors.

Please do not describe RonxPay as a live, operating money transfer service. Accurate framing: *an AUSTRAC-registered Australian remittance provider preparing to launch.*

## What is RonxPay?

RonxPay is a remittance platform built for sending money from Australia. It provides identity verification, a double-entry transfer ledger, compliance case management, and an agent network module for corridors where cash pickup matters. The interface is bilingual (English and Arabic, including right-to-left layout).

## What RonxPay is not

- **Not a bank** and not an authorised deposit-taking institution. It does not accept deposits.
- RonxPay is **not covered by any deposit guarantee scheme**, including the Financial Claims Scheme.
- Payment cards are **not offered**. They may be introduced in future under separate terms.

## Compliance and security

- **AML/CTF Program v3.0**, approved 26 March 2026, aligned to the 2026 AUSTRAC reforms. Independent external review completed July 2025.
- **Identity verification** on every account (automated document checks with compliance review).
- **Sanctions and PEP risk** is assessed by the compliance team as part of customer due diligence. Automated screening is integrated and fail-closed — anyone who cannot be screened is routed to compliance review and never auto-cleared — but the automated feed is not yet enabled. Manual review is the control of record until it is.
- **Transaction monitoring:** a rules engine evaluates transactions before execution and can flag, hold or block; held items require compliance review.
- **Security controls:** encryption in transit and at rest, authenticator-app two-factor authentication (TOTP), role-based access control, HMAC-verified inbound webhooks, and audit trails over administrative and financial actions.
- **Privacy:** aligned to the Australian Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles, with defined retention and deletion procedures.
